Those key points in the PR were very important. The intention is to get current and we have a few different paths to get there.
If we had just India I would give us a 50-50 shot but with 3-4 different ways I honestly believe at least one will pop. Once one does the company is also in a much stronger position going forward.
Also the WWS people have a huge pipeline as well as some other stuff that might come into play for the company if that relationship moves forward how I think it could.
After talking to the engineer rocket scientist on the mountain with the sat phone last night we hope that once WSTI moves for all of us we can be involved in the private placement for Impact shares which ill suggest to Dan. Dan has his own board and a goldman guy but I do feel free to suggest things LOL
So WSTI pops to penny land. In doing so we know Impactppa is loaded. So we take 10% of the gains and pop it in a PP for Impact (20 million-ish), then that comes public at 5-10x that level.
Impact would have prior to IPO 20 million plus in cash, a project pipeline of 1 billion, financing available , clean debt free balance sheet.
Bates will be a billionaire before this is over, and we tag along to live off the droppings.
