Good morning everyone. Blizz is this statement in the PR having to do with the lawsuit currently happening, in which case they are trying to work out a deal or is this having to do with the conversions that can take place at .006?

The Company continues to carry Convertible Debt on its balance sheet, which has not changed materially from its last SEC filings.
