NUGS which SGMD has connections with has a 1.7B market cap, with 313M O/S and about 1Billion A/S and is trading at 4.52.

So at the moment they have a higher O/S than SGMD.

Perhaps, but given a few years of positive growth and execution, possible share reduction, and further acquisitions coupled with further global acceptance of hemp and cannabis related enterprises, I don't see the share price value being too difficult to attain. Speculation combined with results can be an explosive combination in this market.
