Not hardly. The acquisition agreement to purchase the BBQ joint was filed and when the deal is final and within 4 business days the company will file the closing documents with OTCM according to the purchase agreement on page 6.

Agreements in Pink sheets are about as good as single ply toilet paper when you have diarrhea. The intent is good but they make a mess of an already messy situation.

3.2 Current Report Filing. Within four (4) business days of the Closing, ARNH shall file a Current Report with OTC Markets reporting the acquisition of ZA by ARNH.
