Let's wait for the PR after the close.

Nothing yet, but let's still make a plan to salvage this company.

IPCI has four important products: Seroquel, Focalin, Keppra and Gluco. They are important, because they are already accepted to be sold to patients.

Plan is they should be spinned off. Everyone to own company. There will then be four companies fully owned by IPCI.

Trump has his war against China. He will restrict chinese companies to sell products in USA. Chinese will need some means to prevent this. One mean is to buy a northamerican company which already have at least one product licensed to be sold in USA. If they get it, it will be easier to launch new products.

Chinese will be happy to pay some 50M$ to get a company already in USA market. IPCI can sell these four companies one by one to the chinese buyers.

That's it. IPCI has then lots of cash, podras, regabatin, tens of new ANDAs to come ...

problem with the volume is stock was down. If it went up on heavier volume I would think there is a deal in the wings. Unless this is under wraps and all people involved keep it a secret, which can not humanly happen, we still might have a chance.
