I am, maybe incorrectly expecting AMMX to complete their part by the end of the month, gawd only knows what the external lawyers are going to do with it and then when it is submitted how long the SEC is going to take before giving it a thumbs up or down. But it is not unreasonable to expect that audit will be done and everything will be approved and AMMX will be listed as fully compliant and fully reporting and able to get on the better exchange by the end of the year.
No...Nothing substantial will likely happen in these remaining dog days of summer...Think sometime after labor day. Listen to the last CC for the progress on the Audit....no timeframe just a real feeling that it is being worked. The bet should not be on a near term timeframe but a qtr to qtr horizon....JMHO
