This is absurd. Anyone that does some DD and reads financial statements of this company knows it's not a scam.
Low revenues doesn't mean it's a scam, that's already being addressed and we're getting significant revenue relative to previous quarters.
$750,000 toxic debt is not going to kill this company, only a failed business plan would. And so far, plan is progressing forward - albeit some parts of it rather slow but that's okay. Not everything is perfect.
We have an active key LOI - AFG that will add 24 months of ~$20M annual revenue or about $5 million per quarter.
That alone will clear up this entire toxic debt in one swipe and we will be able to get clean capital via a bank loan on our assets
