LOL go to security details. You guys cannot possibly do DD without knowing how to navigate the OTCMarkets page and see dates.

The change in status with OTC, which is standard updates by the TA from companies keeping shareholders up to date or planning to resume is the Share Structure update.
On OTC it clearly shows the update taking place yesterday and confirmed by TA.
I also can confirm since I have been in contact with the TA almost every month or two for updates for the past year, each time I received it very quickly. The S/S is accurate as period the update I received two weeks ago.
It is also positive that the TA during this past year, they were not gagged and restricted to furnish updates. It was available to all who requested.
Since it is now public, I will note last update I received. It can be confirmed easily by email from TA

Notice on the page it shows on the right hand side Dark or Defunct, however, now it shows underneath that Transfer Agent Verified.


This would signify that everything is in order and now just awaiting the Final SHAAABAM! Off with the Stop Sign etc.


It sound like you were probably there but sometimes it is easy to miss that the status has changed since the Stop Sign is still there...
