Agree, folks are projecting the past mismangmemt of O'Connor to Berlin. Berlin is honest, smart and competent in business strategy, three things O'Connor was not. I wouldn't be surprised to see a deal announced soon.

Interesting that it was pointed out that the new filing includes debt and warrants. That really does point to the possibility that a deal could be in the works. Maybe a warrant extension also so Ken does right by all equity holders screwed by Lombardo.
