I looked up "FormT" and found the articles below. I understand that the 150 shares @ $5.56 which posted after hours was a trade which occurred during the day, but was not recorded; but I do not understand why such a small order posted last, and how such a small order can affect the closing price. Can the MM deliberately post it last? and what affect it will have in the morning?
I guess I'll find out, but hope it doesn't cause a panic or sell off.
