I am not sure if you are in agreement or not, but yes I would consider that 1 out 46 Sears to close to be in the portfolio as good news for $CBL. Is it good news for the mall or local economy of those stores I don't think so. Oddly one of the stores that is closing is in northern VA and the last time I was at that shopping center it was busy, I would call it an A property with good restaurants, Apple store and such. People just don't shop at Sears as much. I should rephrase people in well off areas of the country don't shop in big department stores as much.
