I don't think that was the case here today at all. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but I was watching L2 all day, and I saw something different than what you are hypothesizing. Why would a stop loss get triggered under bid? From what I saw, I suspect there was a buyer that had bought several million over the past two days from .005 to .006, and when they saw we weren't busting through .007 today they unloaded as much as they could in sequence above .006 to ensure profit. Just my thoughts though...
