Gee, I wonder who ratted GEPCO out, Angelique was only 4 years behind in her filings.

I guess an agency of the federal government, charged with enforcing the rules and regulations can't be too judgemental, can they.

No wonder crooks like Zirk and Angelique did what they did for so long. The SEC is like a toothless barking dog.

Why Angelique is not in prison is beyond me.
