The report says "150,000"...not 150...that's roughly entire world production...if that were the case, Kraig would have a PPS closer to Apples...I assume a typo(also says "IS producing")

The actual quote from the PR is:

"These specially engineered silkworms were developed to be a direct drop-in replacement into the traditional silk production infrastructure which produces more than 150,000 metric tons of silk per year."

KBLB isn't producing 150K tons per year, the "traditional silk production infrastructure" is.
