It was no joke, I saw it in his eyes, like I was worrying him for even bringing it up, like I had become some kind of liability, or 'who is this guy and how does he know we are buying it up?' I don't know, I don't get how a rural city bank manager has any clue what is going on, but it really seemed like he did know....
