CBIS = Financially Dark MJ Scam

Ray can’t show you the money, and won’t file CBIS’s very past due financial disclosures because shareholders money has been misappropriated by Raymond Dabney. In the interest of protecting the investor public, the SEC should investigate the whereabouts of CBIS’s shareholder funds. Because the last financial disclosure by CBIS goes all the way back to September of 2017. Something is very very wrong at CBIS.
