Are the shares they are selling already in the OS? There have been over 100 million shares dumped since the 15th. I assume the AS is maxed. Assuming 50% of those shares sold are conversions, the AS is maxed+++. The Q also said $136,000+ in shares are to be issued. How is Alex going to survive without an AS increase and/or an RS? I do think UATG will become a large successful company someday, but imo they are up against it here. There are some options, Alex could sell off part of the company, merge it with a wealthier company, or? Alex needs to address this with shareholders.
