krays thanks....so much valuable information and this project update conforms with what I was told from DOE.

Design is complete and ready for procurement of equipment upon DOE project approval.

DOE will visit FCE management at Torrington manufacturing plant and will do a site visit with FCE management to Barry, both in early October. DOE will not hold up project schedule (FCE must commence plant tie-in construction during planned Southern Plant shutdown period for maintenance) and will provide monies for long lead equipment. (pre-award authorization requested to minimize schedule risk as stated in update)

Budget Period 2 provides $9.5M from DOE...probably in two stages.

It all makes sense now.

IR at FCE said date for formal announcement of groundbreaking has not yet been determined....but will be in early fall.
