Yes, no more dirty laundry in view, no more pesky, pipsqueak shareholder gnats nipping at you... but... and it's a big but... the actual money sunk in is gone, kaput... and there may be private investors in CCP/FBC with names like Vicious Vinny, Carmine the Crusher, Anthony the Axe, not to mention Boris the Bruiser and IcePick Igor... who will not be happy, to say the least, when they learn, forget return on capital, rather there is no return **of** capital...

Maybe that is why they are desperately trying to putt off the day of reckoning... hey, a fella can dream, right? :-)
