it's a catch 22. no approval, company and, as a result, shareholders, are screwed. approval, shareholders are screwed. it's a lose/lose situation.

That may be, but it will NOT happen here with ABWN.. Pipe dream..I told the board this will happen. Not my first day and I made my bank on ABWN when I bought it in 1s and sold in high 2s. Then it crashed and burned.. Sorry for those who bought in to the scam and lost. Know when to hold them., know when to fold them. lol
