As per the PR from back in June:

“Locking the database is a key step toward analyzing data from our randomized, placebo-controlled trial of Prurisol, one of the larger studies we’ve conducted to date,”

MY OPINION and this is strictly My Opinion and speculation is that IPIX is communicating with the company who is tabulating/analyzing the results and putting them in the subsets that they need them in.
Just my opinion.
