Regarding your "Dummies" comment;

Holding on to a 350 to 1 R/S , requires a pretty big leap-of-faith! Some savvy investors would say, taking a 600 to 800 % profit is the wise thing to do.

If the stock opens up at $5 or more, the holders are the smart ones!

However, If the stock opens up at $3 or less, those who took there profits at an average price of .014 before the R/S, will come out ahead and will have the option of buying back in at the new share price, and could potentially, wind up with more shares of the new company!

And we won't know who the real dummies are until after the R/S !
