What do you mean... if Nobel goes under and it’s Dirivatives collapse it would in turn leave DB on the hook. In which case it’s cheaper to buy them and keep them going. ?

Looks like the bailout of Nobel went through, so they bought some time in the short term. Longer term, not so great. Good take on the deal, and it’s shortcommings.
