Tom said he started invoicing against a $21M+ finder’s fee when he knew that the associated contract did not exist and that DarkPulse did not have any current revenues. THAT is a scam, especially since the PPS was artificially inflated due to this very detail. At one point, BVTK’s entire valuation was based solely on this source of fake revenue.
