Can you explain mathematically how GC diluted his share base, mathematically weakening his position, to suddenly defy mathematics by awarding himself “anti dilution shares” from THIN AIR magically replacing his weakened position with enough free shares to immediately replace what he sold?

Costs him NOTHING. Costs us PLENTY.
