Good question.

I believe is is utility patent and they are under priority review which takes 12 months +/-.. Noe if they need to add/remove or revise which is common, I am not sure how much additional time it would take...

Ponder this... Woukd the hedge funds have acquired those preferred shares AND somehow found investors to massively accumulate positions IF the patent was at risk?

I am guessing they are under advisement to do no further expensive testing until patent grant. Possibly the case, but they still tweet and are updating website so should have a good idea how patent is progressing.



Now what IF they don’t get patent? I find it hard to believe that this is the case because the method incorporating Mynaric and GE equipment and advancements coupled with custom antenna geared for RF control of laser optics specifically designed for air-air mesh connectivity in commercial airplanes sounds fairly unique to me..

But if they don’t there is still much value in their current progress and exclusive agreements with Mynaric, Air Lease, etc..
