I noticed the company formerly known as

Circle Group aka Ztrim holdings has been attracting a lot of scrutiny of their 10k's and 10Q's by the SEC and having a lot of back and forth with them.

Spector is their auditor. (Must be why he has no time for Ingen Rotfl)
