Considering where their I definitely think it will be 100M but above 80M. Based on that I would be extremely satisfied with 100M...unless they totally rip us off and keep us on the outside.
No the empty shell is worth .013 as the market is pricing it and thats on the high side . The Canadian assets are worth the debt that is owed on them . Kind of like buying a house for the back taxes owed . Nobody is going to pay a premium . PTT or Cargill could build a plant anywhere in the world . And you can bet it wouldnt be in Canada. To much overhead and they sure arent paying union wages .
