History clearly shows that they rarely do what they say... Those milestone charts have been useless over past 5-6 years. Pulled the rug out from under us 2-3 times. Where is the support after the RS ? Crappy follow- through and 1 more misstep, it's game over IMO. Reasonable minded longs have to agree with me because it is the TRUTH !

If they don't do what they say they are doing, I would be disappointed at some level. If they were to explain what was actually happening at that time and why they missed those hypothetical milestones, there may be cause for concern or it may just be another hiccup in the development or regulatory process (ask Medtronic if this is reasonable - Hugo slipped about a year at last estimate: https://www.mddionline.com/does-medtronic%E2%80%99s-delay-ensure-intuitive-will-stay-top). It happens. Medtronic offered a fairly vague explanation, which I found disappointing but at least they offered something. Given the money backing Medtronic, I would guess the announcement was an attempt to minimize actual impact, and when the one year rolls around, they can then announce "We're almost there!" to stall a few more months. And this is from a Medtronic team that has primarily been a cohesive unit for years, bumping their schedule by a year.

Since I'm trying to predict where you were planning on going with this line of inquiry. Mr. McNally's team had just taken over, and started to gel as a team when they re-evaluated the progress and direction of the prior team and then announced their smaller-than-Medtronics schedule slip last year. As a medical device engineer and a program manager, I understood what was happening and it made complete sense. Another slip moving forward will be more difficult to forgive without a more detailed explanation.

I don't believe that I am unrealistic in my assessments or expectations of the Titan program. I have said (and I am only repeating it for the sake of thoroughness in my explanatory answer to your question) that I am disappointed in our current PPS and that I personally don't know what they realistically could have done differently, so I am not beating them up for it, unlike so many people here. Could they have done things differently? Of course. Would it have made things better or worse? Impossible to tell. Even PR's to support share price right now could be interpreted as negative or even desperate, because most applicable information that is appropriate for public release is already publicized in some form, whether AGM video, prior press releases, prospectus, pre-clinical publications, or wherever. Saying the same thing over and over is superfluous, unnecessary, and detrimental - they might as well be posting here on this message board!
