I have a hard time believing American Green is going to give up any of their 82% stake in the company.

They'll come out with a PR eventually saying "Anyone who owns X amount of shares gets X amount of shares in CANX!" and people will buy that, they'll scramble for shares because that is what American Green does, sell shares, and the dividend will never come. I've seen it several times on this stinky pinky stocks.

American Green isn't going to give up their majority stake in a company to please shareholders.

And so is the 7 year old Panpacific dividend..Well, i guess they issued a divy, just never followed through to create any value..
