There is only one business enity for Simulated Environment Concepts Inc (SMEV). It is the following entity:

You'll notice that entity is still administratively dissolved because it hasn't done any of its required annual filings since 2013.


I start watching Simulated Environment Concepts Inc (SMEV) because two twitter pages that are associated with the Carlos Reyes group started tweeting about it recently beginning at $.0002/share. I knew with them front loading on the stock, that group might try to manipulate it with a fake press release, fake website, fake twitter page, or fake filing.

Then last night I noticed that a new Florida business enitty by the same name showed up on the Florida SOS website

Again let me repeat. SMEV belongs to the old administratively dissolved.

When you look at the address of the newly created Simulated Environment Concepts Inc Florida entity at 20229 NE 15TH CT, MIAMI, FL 33179. That is the old address of the SMEV shell from pre-2010.

Obviously somebody created that new Simulated Environment Concepts Inc entity with the intent of using it to manipulate the SMEV share price by deceiving people into thinking it was related to SMEV.



SMEV isn't the first public Issuer they tried to manipulate with a fake new entity.

They did it with Swingplane Ventures Inc (SWVI)

It isn't hard to see who is involved in all of this. The Carlos Reyes group and its associates leave a super easy trail to follow.
