Thing is there are still a lot of people who have held for a while, lost hope and set a sell point at .0004 because they are just done with it, so until all these shares flip hands and everyone is done bailing out or selling it won't budge that much. Eventually it will start moving up. Just might take a couple hours or a couple days.
