That would be impossible for an OM deal but possible for btd, though unlikely. If P meets endpoint but sp doesn’t close over .50, it means Leo would have spun the data.

Interesting theory.
If they've been selling shares that they have held they are doing it INCREDIBLY carefully.
Same thing if they have been shorting. (BTW, I didn't mean to suggest that I think that they ARE shorting, only that there was a language change that seemed to allow for it.)
