Patent approval process was never mentioned until now. Not in the Q's, not on the conference call, and not at the investor meeting.

Why not scream from the rooftops "CVSI applying for drug patent"?

850K is a drop in the bucket for a company supposedly making such cash. I do not like the timing of this release.
