...assuming insiders wish to sell. Most likely hoping for a certain insider to sell...but no indication there is an interest in selling anymore than have been sold recently...especially under $.20.
Meanwhile other holders might believe it is an opportunity to dump...and then company in the same position, but a few dollars lighter, with lawsuit still pending against company and directors. (For those holding...better hope that they have D&O insurance for the period of the alleged conduct/damages).
If strategy is to shake 10MM shares from a certain shareholder, and that shareholder does not sell, but others do, company's might find itself in a weaker position ($1.3-$2MM less cash) when trial begins.
