I see way too much of this type of stuff done by investors on the pinks to be phased by it... but you are probably correct.
Heck, I've seen investors in companies edit legit tech Wiki pages to add their company/product!
That Twitter site has not presented anything that is not public info... if they did, I would see a response / comment from the company as being required.
