Chevy, that's a shocking number to see it in writing.

Hard to believe its been almost three years since they have published financials.

If they paid off the debt and we (what I believe to be conservatively) assume the portfolio value was half from the last stated value, they should have still earned over $100 million in interest over that time period.

Eager to see if Greenlaw is holding aces or nothing.
