I'm gonna disagree with Bearhug and say it doesn't open at .0399
because that was just a paint that brought it that high.

If it does open at .0399 and there hasn't been news yet,
it very well could dip to mid-03s, I'm guessing...

....unless news is PM then it could go straight up.
