the problem is that the assets aren't producing revenues... you know those things that a company needs to become a viable entity... dollars
from what I have read and researched, revenues have been one thing that have eluded the company since day one. Sooner or later debt has to be repaid either with actual dollars or shares of stock
I would say that the later is what will be the tender for the debt
