Again, any action will be the filing of civil and/or criminal charges. The usual time it takes the SEC and DOJ to do so from the initial trading suspension is 28-29 months. It has only been 14 months since the suspension, or about half of the average time. But, the SEC has up to 5 years to take action.

By LAW, trading of the stock resumes after 10 days. That is automatic and means nothing. And the fact that the Company received questions from the SEC proves there is a formal investigation underway. Usually, the next thing they hear from the SEC is when they are charged.
