No, I didn’t read that anywhere in the statement and it would be great if it were one for one.

But my understanding is in a stock for stock purchase, the agreed price will be in favor of the acquisitions company over the target company per shareholder.

I’m hoping the terms of the LOI will be made public as well. Keep in mind, a LOI is a non binding agreement.
