Janice shell, I have and the word I got was basically a nod at the speed this things go down is okay but and in depth phone or email could be iffy with the rules and most likely too late for timely action. You may be right, though as I have seen the behavior post 5th digit tiny trades it seems likely to me they do split the trades down to make signals. I have never seem them myself in mainstream heavy traded exchanges, just down here in the pennies. And most important from my view is a 911 signal is meaningless for me as a trader as I follow too much news anyway, but when I see one I look to see if I missed a PR, some times there it is. I hold on any day 150 to 400 positions and miss things all the time. I could only nightmare what being a MM would be like. and too many rules for this DOG. Smile, but you may be right as I said.
