Who cares? I certainly don't. What is important here? I guess Glenn could have let Ron continue to work but Ron still would not have been paid. After all you can't pay his wage with no money coming in. Wow! What a surprise? If you feel bad for Ron that is good because like shareholders he isn't getting anything until CMGO's other case is resolved. Ron's case served a few purposes 1. Ron did not have one bad thing to say about Glenn and Ron corroborated much of what Glenn claims the former Xa employees did.
2 By Ron using a couple of the defendants in his case pertaining to harassment we know they will be unable to use a harassment excuse going forward and at the same time backing a witness(Ron) who will be a very big problem for them in their own case
