Is that bad that CMGO lost the case?

So I assume it is bad that CMGO lost the case, plus has to pay damages on top of that?

Good thing CMGO delisted so no one can see how much they have left to pay for anything!

$CMGO is now out $565,000 (plus interest since July 2014) on $0 revenues.

Under the terms of his employment agreement, Burkhardt was entitled to $250,000 in salary for 2015 and 2016, plus prorated salary for 2014 and a transportation allowance of $30,000 ($1,000 for each month of employment), so long as he was not reemployed. At trial Burkhardt credibly testified that he had not been reemployed, thus he claimed total damages of $565,000.00. I find that damages of $565,000.00 is supported by the terms of Burkhardt's employment agreement and by the evidence submitted at trial.

Where did this news come from? How did they lose the case when it didn't even go to trial yet?
