MMs cover before the run or get burnt! Some just don't want to accept that. Hell I forgot MMs can do that bs...

DSGT - i agree in this case...


Heres why. It makes no sense for any long term holder to sell at this point unless they did not listen to the CC.

Further it makes no sense for flippers to make up all this volume. Its a huge risk to be selling here for a quick double when its 10 to 20x UNDERVALUED.


Yet algorithms and MMs know when a stock has had a major news event and the buying volume is justified and or big enough that they let it move up. Otherwise they hold it down to make a market and prevent unwarrantes runs from a bunch of short term buying pressure.

Now if the company follows through on the CC with PRs you will see a burst of buying before it even hits as the algorithms pick it up on the wires first and buy to cover

Then the market hits and it blasts off like nobody ever believed. Seen it many times. Learnes when to hold em when to fold em and when to raise my bid!!

One simple way to look at it is if they short at 16 they will bring the bid to 12 so they can cover at 13.
