Question. Do we use internal testing to meet state requirements?
I have not seen any accounting for the cost of external lab test.

I have heard Derek talk on the subject but he did not delineate who was doing the testing.

I know the requirements vary by state and perhaps by locale.


What is the industry doing in regard to testing in your educated opinion?
