Of course my comment on JV/partnership is speculation too because I said already it was "my belief" based on the 4 good reasons I shared with the board.

Remember...company has already changed gears before...It is naive to think they won't do it again to make sure their business is going to be a success.

This is unreasonable to think smart folks like $OWCP management refused to accept more lucrative PP from the folks they already had PP to begin with and preferred to obtain an institutional fund instead...without having a plan in place that no one on this board knows about.
