According to Elites most recent 10q filing:

810,126,509 shares of common stock were issued and outstanding as of August 3, 2018.

(1) Shares Held
(2) Position Value
(3) % of Total Outstanding Shares Owned

"Nigalaye (Ashok G) (1) 48.1 M (2) $9.0 M (3) 10.34%"

So if this person owns 48.1m shares, how does that represent a value of $9m if Elite closed at $0.108 yesterday? lol

and how does 48.1m shares = 10.34% of 810,126,509 shares outstanding? lol

So glad Im around to correct all the false information being spread

where is that from? It is obviously wrong, he never owned 48 milion shares
