Really? Nonstop conversion of hundreds of millions of restricted shares sold on the cheap by equity houses who “loaned” GC cash isn’t dilution?

Good thing he has his “anti dilution awards” to replace his shares. He gets paid then he gets paid.

oh theres is definitely dilution here. always has been. just go back a few years and you will see.

everytime you see coates file a form 4, there was dilution. coates only files those form 4s for his anti dilution clause that he has.
