Actually has no bearing on it, everyone has an opinion whether they own it or not. A well supported statement made after real due diligence is performed cannot be dismissed based upon the factor of whether someone owns this pile of shit or not.
The question stands on its own merit. The company has always provided the deadline and failed to meet it every single time. Pretty simple really as that is a SUPPORTED fact.
